Please Note: That changes in participant numbers impact the overall trip cost and vendor arrangements. When fewer participants attend than originally planned, the per-person cost for remaining participants may increase to meet vendor requirements. Additionally, funds allocated to vendors are often non-refundable deposits, further necessitating the retention of trip funds in certain circumstances.
