Packing Guidelines for Machu Picchu
Per train regulations, guests should plan to bring:
One small carry-on or backpack (max 20 lbs / 9 kg) to Machu Picchu
Main luggage will be securely stored and transferred to your Cusco hotel
OmniVentures will provide luggage tags for all bags to ensure seamless handling
Oxygen Availability
While the elevation in Cusco and the Sacred Valley may cause altitude discomfort for some guests, supplemental oxygen is available at key points:
Tambo del Inka (Sacred Valley):
Rooms are not oxygenated.
